Governance
Portal

Governance aims to align the control, monitoring, and incentive systems so that decisions are always geared toward the best interests of the members.

The cooperative is characterized by the association of people or groups with the same interests, who voluntarily join together to satisfy common economic, social, and cultural needs and desires through a collectively owned and democratically managed enterprise.

General Assembly

The members' General Assembly, Ordinary or Extraordinary, is the supreme body of the cooperative, within the limits of the law and the Bylaws, and its deliberations are binding to all, even if absent or in disagreement.

At the Ordinary General Assembly, among other matters, the Audit Committee's report is presented, the members of the Boards are elected, and the Board of Directors' accounts are presented, including the balance sheet, the management report with the presentation of the annual plan and guidelines for the next year, and the distribution of the surplus to the members.

The Extraordinary General Assembly will be held whenever necessary and may deliberate on any matter of interest to the cooperative, as long as it is mentioned in the Call Notice, with some matters being the exclusive competence of the Assembly.
